Study on the Characteristics of Coal Ultrasonic Response during Loading and Its Influence Mechanism

The prediction and prevention· of mine disasters are crucial to identifying the stress strain state coal using ultrasonic response characteristics. In this study, testing experiments primary structure samples under uniaxial loading were conducted a low-frequency rock physics measuring device. Based on experimental results, study focused analyzing relationship stress–strain with velocity quality factor during loading, exploring influence mechanism propagation in loading. results demonstrated that stress-loading process falls into elastic deformation stage plastic stage. stage, sample increased increase axial strain. decreased as increased. Coal porosity was fundamental affecting wave variation variation. accompanied by porosity, contributing factor. thus curtailed coal. Significant differences observed characteristics various states. research can lay theoretical foundation for safe efficient development resources prevention control disasters.
